For my house, not the car (Thank God). Since I live out in the woods, that means my house is on a septic system. That means I have cheaper water bills, but it also means I have the possibility of the dreaded septic backup.
Which happened.
Now I originally thought that it happened the same morning that I was going to work, and that I got the water up as soon as I noticed it. However, it took 10 days or so for the subfloor to start having excessive vertical movement under load, which means water in the plywood subfloor.
Damn it.
So I've called it in to the insurance company, and hopefully I can get their adjuster out here this week, and I can start calling some contractors to redo the bathroom (which I was going to do anyway. This just bumps the priority up.)
And I'm on business trips for the next four weeks. The next time I'm at home, I'm prepping the car to run at Roebling Road Raceway.
